Group 01Band identity and application
- Loop, therapy strip, tube or other format
- Intended training activity and buyer channel
- Single piece, progression set or accessory kit
- Mandatory attributes versus acceptable alternatives
Decision note: do not let a catalog photo substitute for a written configuration.
Group 02TPE material and construction
- Supplier-stated TPE composition or declaration requested
- Single-layer or laminated construction
- Color, finish, edge and joining details where applicable
- Odor, contact-material or restricted-substance questions defined by the buyer
Decision note: the term TPE covers different formulations; it does not by itself prove durability, skin compatibility or regulatory status.
Group 03Dimensions and tolerance
- Flat length or circumference in mm, cm or in
- Width and thickness at a stated measurement point
- Nominal tolerance proposed by the supplier
- Conditioning and measurement procedure if required
Decision note: circumference and thickness affect extension behavior, so size differences need to remain visible in the quote matrix.
Group 04Resistance and sample plan
- Force in lb, kg or N at a defined extension
- Test speed, cycle or conditioning detail requested
- Number of levels and target progression
- Sample acceptance, approver and revision record
Decision note: color names such as light or heavy are not comparable data without a common test condition.
Group 05Branding and pack basis
- Mark method, placement, artwork file and color reference
- Pieces per set and accessories included
- Retail, pouch or bulk-pack configuration
- Carton quantity, dimensions and gross weight after confirmation
Decision note: normalize the quotation to one piece or one defined set before comparing price.
Group 06Commercial and evidence scope
- MOQ by level or color and sample charges
- Currency, unit basis, trade term and US destination
- Production assumption after sample and artwork approval
- Exact-item declarations, reports or records requested for review
Decision note: absent data stays open; no family-level document should be treated as exact-model certification.
