Resistance Band Factory Sourcing Terms of Service

These terms describe an independent buyer-side sourcing coordination service. The service may help structure requirements, communicate with possible suppliers and organize quotation information. It does not manufacture products, hold inventory, represent third-party brands, certify products, provide legal advice or guarantee supplier performance.

Buyer responsibilities

The buyer is responsible for accurate intended-use information, specifications, quantities, destination, approvals, due diligence, contracts, payment decisions and any technical, safety, regulatory or legal review. Buyer-provided budget and supplier preference are planning inputs, not verified ratings.

Supplier information

Availability, configuration, minimum quantity, pricing, samples, production timing, documents, packaging and shipment scope are supplier-confirmed facts. Information can change and must be reviewed against the exact proposed item and current quotation.

Quotation comparison

Comparisons are meaningful only when material, dimensions, resistance basis, quantity unit, set contents, packaging, currency, trade term, freight and exclusions are aligned. No fixed savings, lowest price or outcome is promised.

Acceptance

By submitting an inquiry, the buyer authorizes review of the information for sourcing coordination and agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
